Racetrack Prints Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Racetrack Prints. We take pride in the quality of our artwork and customer satisfaction. The following return and refund policy applies to all purchases made through our store.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 7-14 days of delivery.
  • Return Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@racetrackprints.com with your order details.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom racetrack designs (tracks requested that were not previously available on the website).
  • Digital products and downloads.
  • Gift cards.

2. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be refunded via store credit unless otherwise specified.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used for any future purchases.
  • Refunds to the original payment method may be granted under special circumstances and are subject to approval.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. To report an issue:

  1. Email support@racetrackprints.com within 7-14 days of delivery.
  2. Attach clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  3. We will review your request and send a replacement if approved.

4. Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive store credit for the return.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not begun. Custom racetrack requests cannot be canceled once processing has started.
