Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order. Processing time may vary depending on order volume.
Shipping Times
Domestic Orders (within the United States)
Delivery times for domestic orders usually range from 7 to 10 business days after the order has been processed. Please note that some delays may occur due to weather conditions, high demand seasons (holidays), or other unforeseen factors.
International Orders
For international shipments, delivery may take 2 to 3 weeks depending on the destination country, customs processing, and other factors outside our control. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs within the United States are free, and allow you to shop for your favorite track with ease.
As for international shipping, the costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment via the carrier's website.
Delays

Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
